LACK OF EXERCISE
most of the time people are forgetting to exercise. because they are busy in their work and the days past by the really don't know that they feel sick because their muscles are not strength because they did not exercise so they feel pain in every work they do. And they cannot make a physical checkup because they have no money and they take a pain reliever instead of going to the physician. And they realize that most of all sickness they can get if we cannot exercise is 1.hypertension 2. diabetic 3. cancer 4. lung diseases because of luck of exercise.
