LACK OF EXERCISE

most of the time people are forgetting to exercise. because they are busy in their work and the days past by the really don't know that they feel sick because their muscles are not strength because they did not exercise so they feel pain in every work they do. And they cannot make a physical checkup because they have no money and they take a pain reliever instead of going to the physician. And they realize that most of all sickness they can get if we cannot exercise is 1.hypertension 2. diabetic 3. cancer 4. lung diseases because of luck of exercise.

The Liftestyle and the Food We Eat

We have come to forget exercise as one of the best ways to metabolize our body. We tend to become busy with our works, we tend also to forget the nutrients we get from the foods we eat. As long as the food satisfies the tummy, that's it. In fact, any food will do, but how many do you think the nutrients we are getting from such a food or does the food we are eating during breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks have all the nutrient the body needs?

Exercise, on the other hand, suppose to burn these toxic elements that had been taken, but since we are already tired from that monotonous and traditional work, we tend to lay down and watch TV than having some exercises. Instead of burning some fat deposits, we let it accumulates on different part of the body.

Though there are lots of dietary medication on the market today, exercise is still the best way to develop a healthy body. Exercise also boosts the immune system which serves as the knight to protect us from different diseases like cancer.

Walking is one of the Best Excercise

Any type of sports as long it is a sport is a good way to burn calories. Today, as our lives are getting too busy, we don't have anymore time to focus on our health. Most of the time we spend our available time through looking for another way to augment the growing financial needs. We tend to forget exercise.

One of the best exercises we simply could perform is walking. Spend sometime for walking. Walking for an extra minutes will help us burn the calorie deposit in the body.
